Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 per year.
This salary range is entry-level and depends on skills and experience.

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is immediately seeking a confident, caring, and results-oriented Practice Director to join our team. The Practice Manager will play a vital role in the hospital, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure our staff is able to provide quality veterinary services to our clients.
As Practice Manager:
You will supervise, develop and manage a staff of 30+ hourly and professional employees to achieve excellence and build a high-performing team focused on patient care.
You will collaborate with and lead the medical team, medical staff and customer service staff to the next level of development.
You will lead the financial and strategic development of the business to achieve profitability for the hospital.
You will manage the primary care of DVM and referred patients in a professional and highly flexible manner.
You will develop employee relations, with knowledge of human resource management issues and compliance with state, federal and local employment laws.
Affordable Experience:
Education: bachelor’s degree in nursing would be a plus. Bachelor’s degree in medical assistant.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing professionals in complex veterinary/humanitarian, hospitality or customer service organizations.
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent time management, supervisory and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage all staff and external business contacts and a positive attitude towards service.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise good business judgment.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Internet applications (Google).
